Joke that needs to be retired: Someone is at a bar/counter/anywhere consuming a whole of bunch of [insert something other than alcohol]. Someone else asks, “Don’t you think you’ve had enough?” First someone replies, “I’LL TELL YOU WHEN I’VE HAD ENOUGH.”

I love to tell people about my pharmacy.
Yes, it’s located pretty close to my house, and, true, they have pretty good prices on their non-prescription items. That’s all great, but that doesn’t make me want to spread the good word about their business.

While in a furniture store the other day with my folks, my dad and I noticed this ugly chair.
Doesn’t exactly seem like it’d fit in most living rooms. And yet, two significant things came to my mind: 1) for a certain person with a specific need, this chair would be just what the doctor ordered, and they’d be pretty passionate about...

And as my town lowered an absurd giant, light-up cherry from a crane to celebrate the coming of the new year, I found myself really excited about what’s to come in 2011, and very ready and prepared to tackle whatever comes my way.
